We're based in Peterhead and work across the surrounding towns and rural areas — Ellon, Fraserburgh, Mintlaw and Stuartfield — rather than covering the whole of Scotland thinly. That matters for solar and roofing work more than most trades realise: a mounting system that's fine inland can work loose on an exposed coastal roof, and a roof spec that suits a new-build estate isn't the same as what a granite terrace near a harbour needs. Working one patch means we see the same roof types and the same weather repeatedly, and we adjust our approach accordingly rather than applying one standard fit everywhere.
What We Do
Our work covers the full path from roof to switch-on: solar panel installation for homes and businesses, battery storage to make better use of what's generated, ground-mounted arrays for properties with land, and commercial and agricultural solar for farms and business premises. Where a roof needs work before panels go on, we handle that too, through roof repairs and preparation or a full new roof installation. One team, one point of contact, from the first phone call to the day the system is switched on.
How We Quote
Every job starts with a free site visit — not a phone estimate. We look at the actual roof or land, check the electricity supply, and ask how the property is used before recommending a system size. The quote you get is itemised and specific to your property, and there's no pressure to sign on the spot. If we think a smaller system, a different mounting method, or roof work first is the better option, we'll say so, even if it means a smaller job.
